Our family-run Organization has a long tradition of putting people first. We accomplish this by using inter-relational intelligence and compassion, carefully orchestrated and executed with the latest in communication and visual technology. TBS was founded in 2019 by CEO, Janisa Love. Her vision was expanded to include a national team of member brokers in 2023. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding human service to our clients regardless of what is in it for us. Sometimes the solution to a clients dilemma is a referral to another kind of broker or a product or service which we ourselves do not provide. Sometimes the best course of action is no action at all- if it is not broken- don't fix it! Janisa believes in having the kind of integrity that is often sacrificed for profit in industries like this one. We guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied with our devotion to transparency.

Janisa takes the time to go through each brokers compliance history, seeking information that speaks to the honor of the broker, as well as the level of transparency within which they historically operate. We understand that some folks prefer doing business face to face, and we are fully prepared to accommodate that as well, let us know what you need. Regardless of the needs or preferences of the client, our team is at the forefront of the relational competence. Kathryn Grable
Head Of Relational Intelligence East Coast
Kathryn resides in the panhandle area of the state of FL. She is able to meet with people in the area if an in person meeting is desired. Kat heads our relational intelligence team for east coast United States and is currently licensed and certified in Health insurance for ages 0-64. She is also Licensed and certified to assist in matters of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Medical Supplements, Life and annuities and more. She is also a certified financial professional, specializing in retirement income planning. Kat is the executive and exclusive broker to our clients with needs specific to the following states: AL; AR; GA; MI; MS; TN; IN; MO; PA and LA. and oversees relations for all our clients and brokers on the East Coast of the USA.
