At Transparent Broker Services, our mission is to provide transparent and comprehensive insurance and professional financial solutions to our clients. We believe in listening to, educating, and assisting our clients in getting the most out of their retirement funds and picking the right health or Medicare plan. Our goal is to make the process of applying for different types of insurance less confusing and risky by providing resources and operating with complete transparency.

We recognize the only agency you need is your own....
- We are not an agency, rather we are brokerage firm. We provide an National hub for brokers to come together and support one another in our values.TBS maintains no upline over our broker members.This means we do not necessarily generate their leads and we never receive a commission for the enrollments of any of our broker members.
- We are here for YOU, not a particular brand or company. We have worked diligently to create an authentic space that feels safe for our clients to obtain the knowledge, and resources that fit their level of need, in the most transparent way possible.
- We won't be bought. While there is a yearly membership fee that covers the cost of website maintenance, one can not just purchase a membership to be a Transparent Broker. All brokers are vetted, by human hand. In order to ensure to the best of our ability, that each of our members is genuine in their values. TBS uses various resources to peak into the history of the brokers ethical of conduct.
- We Market with complete transparency, our code of conduct demands that each broker member do the same. We make no bones about it- we are brokers. We sell insurance policies, plans and financial products which we believe benefit our clients based on their interest and related needs and preferences. When it turns out we aren't what they need, we find what they do need, and we make it happen.
- We go above and beyond, because it is the right thing to do. If our client is calling with simply a question, or was trying reach 1-800-medicare, or even asking for help on how to contact their plans member services, we assist. When you book a meeting to discuss your needs or interests, our broker member takes time to research your stated need, determines the best possible course of action, and upon request, assists in making it happen. Sometimes this looks like an enrollment into a plan or a financial product, other times the best course is a courtesy patch through to a trusted provider whose number had been lost; a licensed agent of CMS at 1-800-Medicare; or their current plans member service team.
